Trick for 30% performance increase in leg cul

Can’t quite explain why it works, but a common mistake was to not care about how legs are, and this corrections brought about a 30% increase. Always good to take.

Figured out that bringing the feet towards the body passed me from 9.5 reps to 12 reps, which means a fatigue at higher intensity, precisely what you want.
